    How to get there and board the Mubus bus?
    Take Line 2, Line 13, or the Aeroexpress to Dongzhimen Station. Exit B1 leads to the meeting point, where Mubus staff in red vests will be waiting for you.

  • 09:00  Departure from the meeting point to the Great Wall of China Mutianyu
  • 10:30  Arrive at the Mutianyu Great Wall and begin sightseeing
  • 16:00  Departure for the return journey to central Beijing
  • 17:30 Arrival at the meeting point / End of the tour
Route details
Meet your guide at the designated meeting point, where you’ll be met at the metro exit and escorted to the bus. You’ll then travel to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall of China, enjoying a comfortable ride lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Along the way, your guide will share interesting facts about the Great Wall’s history and offer helpful tips for your visit. Guides will also assist with ticketing to ensure the most comfortable experience possible.

Upon arrival at the Mutianyu Great Wall, pick up your tickets at the MUBUS Visitor Center. Then, take a special tour bus up the scenic road to the wall’s entrance. Begin your self-guided tour of this ancient wonder by stepping atop a true masterpiece of living history. Marvel at the grandeur of the world’s greatest military engineering structure, surrounded by breathtaking views of lush pine and cypress forests. Enjoy 3-4 hours of free time to fully immerse yourself in the beauty and history of the Great Wall.

*Note: The cable car and toboggan ride are not included in the tour price. If you wish to use these services, tickets can be purchased on site (roundtrip cable car: 140 RMB).*


After completing your tour, return to the MUBUS Visitor Center to rest and wait for your bus. Complimentary tea, snacks, and fruit will be provided. Guests who booked the lunch option can head to the Great Wall View Restaurant for a delicious buffet of rustic dishes and stunning views.


Your guide will escort you back to the bus for the return journey to central Beijing. Arrival in the city center marks the end of your day trip.
