1. General Provisions
Scope of Application
This policy applies to all travel products booked through our official website (Briconct.com). By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined herein.
Force Majeure
In the event of tour cancellations caused by force majeure — including but not limited to war, natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies — we will make every effort to coordinate with relevant service providers (such as hotels, airlines, and scenic areas). However, our liability is limited to the refund amount provided by those suppliers, and we shall not be responsible for any additional compensation.
Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted to our customer service team and confirmed by us. Refund applications will be reviewed within 3–5 business days upon receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that the actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Depending on the trip, you may be offered two payment options at booking:
- Option 1: Pay the 30% deposit and settle the remaining balance later.
- Option 2: Pay the full amount at once.
For some trips, only the 30% deposit payment option is available. For others, you may choose between deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
Please note: Each payment is subject to an INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE. This fee applies to each individual payment (deposit and/or balance) and is non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation or refund.
Deposit
If you choose a 30% deposit of the total order amount, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
Balance Payment
Category A: Half-Day / Full-Day Tours
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before departure → Full refund
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before departure → 50% refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours before departure → No refund
Category B: Multi-Day Package Tours & Standard Group Tours (2 days or more)
- Cancellation 12 days or more before departure → Full refund
- Cancellation 9–11 days before departure → 70% refund (30% cancellation fee)
- Cancellation 7–8 days before departure → 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
- Cancellation 5 days or less before departure → No refund (100% cancellation fee)
Note: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team. Refunds (if applicable) will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
III. Special Case Notes
Visa Issues
If a visa application is rejected due to false information provided by the traveler or late submission of required documents, all related expenses (including visa fees and service fees) are non-refundable.
If the rejection results from an error on our part, we will assume responsibility for the associated losses.
After Tour Commencement
Once the tour has begun, if a traveler voluntarily gives up or fails to use any included services (such as accommodation, meals, or sightseeing), such situations will be regarded as voluntary forfeiture, and no refunds will be issued.
Policy Updates
We may update or revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to book trips through our website after such updates, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Refund and Cancellation Policy.
